Dondi.ai positions itself as an uncensored AI companion chat. The terms name text chat with AI companions, images, videos, voice notes, and character customisation. Premium runs via subscriptions or tokens per the terms — without a public dollar figure on the homepage (read 4 September 2026).
Operator: the terms name Techcommerce Unlimited, 15090 Kensington Park Dr, Tustin, CA 92782. The footer also names dondi.ai Labs Inc. Terms revision: 8 January 2026. This overview documents the contract and the price gap, not the chat from the inside.
Subscriptions and tokens — no public price tag
The terms describe premium through subscriptions or tokens. We found no numeric tariff on the public homepage on the check date. The homepage advertises Create Free Account / Join Free; the terms say some features are only for registered or paying users — without publishing a free-message or free-image cap.
Anyone who wants the entry cost hits a documented gap before login. This page does not fill it with guesses.
That puts Dondi.ai next to Xotic AI in the “premium mentioned, amount missing” group. Unlike Xotic AI, Dondi.ai explicitly names tokens as a second premium rail beside subscriptions — without saying what a token costs or how many messages a subscription includes. Both meters stay publicly empty.
Modalities in the contract and marketing
Terms: text chat, images, videos, voice notes, character customisation. The product is positioned as uncensored companion chat; a concrete prohibited list with a URL was not captured on 4 September 2026 — this file records that absence.
Platform: web at dondi.ai. The terms mention website, applications, and platforms without naming App Store or Google Play. No store link on the pages we read.
Operator, age, language
18+. Operator per terms: Techcommerce Unlimited (Tustin, CA). Footer: dondi.ai Labs Inc. Two names in one file — both vendor claims; we do not merge them into an invented corporate entity.
No published language list. Locale paths /de, /nl, /fr, /es return 404. Anyone expecting a German UI under those paths will not find one.
What is missing and why the gap stays
No public dollar figure. No numbered free allowance. No documented cancel or refund path on the pages we read. No prohibited list we captured.
Affiliate rates and internal tracking details do not belong on this consumer page. Chat quality is absent because we did not open an account. The central claim: entry and exit are publicly thin — the contract and the operator are not.
Two operator names (Techcommerce Unlimited and dondi.ai Labs Inc.) without a public explanation of their relationship are a second kind of gap: not price, but accountability. We list both and invent no holding structure.
How this page was made
We did not subscribe to Dondi.ai. We read the public homepage and the terms of service on 4 September 2026. Not read: checkout behind login, support tickets, a paid account. Every figure below is linked with a URL and a date. Where a public page is silent, this overview stays silent.
