Swipey: 7.99 $ a month and a free limit that contradicts itself

Swipey is a web-only AI companion app, launched in December 2024 and operated by INVAI LTD in Nicosia, Cyprus. Nothing to download — the vendor itself warns that App Store and Play Store listings under its name are not from them.

Three things decide this page, and none is a feature list: the price is only half published, the free limit contradicts itself inside the terms, and refunds are ruled out by default.

What the free account really allows

No credit card is required; an email address is enough. Allowed per the pricing page: one custom AI character, the gallery, simple chat with platform characters, and the Explore feed. Blocked: NSFW chat, image generation, voice calls, video scenes, Fanclub, and daily Hearts. The vendor says so openly: free access is “intentionally limited” and meant to show the platform, not to live in it.

How limited is stated only in the terms — in one sentence that contradicts itself: after registration you may exchange “up to five (10) messages” without paying. The word says five; the digit says 10. We print both and count five, the worse case for you, instead of smoothing the contradiction.

One price is published; two are not

Exactly one cash figure is public: 7.99 $ per month for Premium, cancellable monthly. For that the vendor promises unlimited chat, consistent-face image generation, voice calls, video scenes, a Fanclub membership, and more than 100 roleplay scenarios.

The help pages confirm a three-month and an annual plan but name no amount: the price appears only before payment. Two of three tariffs therefore cannot be compared before you have an account. We do not invent them.

Hearts: the second currency whose rate is missing

The terms number the included allotment as 200 tokens per month. Writing is unlimited; everything else draws down that pool — images, videos, voice messages, calls, private live rooms.

Four items have no public number. Voice calls are billed per minute in Hearts, and the rate appears only before the first call per the vendor. Video scenes can be extended in steps up to 60 seconds; each extension costs Hearts. No public page names a price for Heart packs. Fanclub membership is included once; any further club costs real money — how much is not stated.

“Uncensored” — with four hard boundaries

Swipey calls itself an uncensored adult platform without arbitrary filters. Four boundaries are still absolute: access from age 18, no depiction of minors in any form — not drawn, not AI-generated, not “aged up” —, nothing illegal, and no non-consensual deepfakes of real people. Reading “uncensored” as “everything allowed” is wrong.

Paying, discretion, and a name that is not unique

Payment details are collected only at purchase; credit and debit cards are accepted, and per the vendor also Apple Pay and Google Pay. Under which name the charge appears on a bank statement we did not find on the pages we read — unlike competitors that promise a neutral merchant name, here there is neither promise nor warning.

Also: the brand name is not unique; other businesses in unrelated industries use “Swipey”. Anyone searching “swipey trustpilot” should first check whether the profile belongs to swipey.ai at all.

Cancel, refunds, delete account

The monthly plan is cancellable anytime per the pricing page; cancel stops renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. What happens to money already paid is the most uncomfortable sentence on this page: all purchases are final and non-refundable except where mandatory law requires a refund.

That clause points at the EU 14-day withdrawal right — and the terms name it themselves, with the limit: it ends once performance begins with your express consent. Whoever chats right after purchase has usually spent it. Applicable law is Cyprus, so also EU law. We found no guide to delete the account; support is email and Discord per the vendor.
